I am a (niche) perfume lover, blogger and collector (check how_to_scent_it if you need a verification) and Eindhoven is very limited in terms of niche perfumery. Skinscosmetics Eindhoven is the only store in Eindhoven where you can find a nice selection of niche perfumes, house scents, candles, and also a unique brands of skin care. I also love that the staff is very friendly and they let you browse on your own if you just want to test things (that is me, lol). I also was a few times nicely suprised that the staff gave me a sample of perfume I love without me buying anything! By the way, I really recommend you to talk to David when you choose perfume: very knowledgeable, sweet and generous guy! :)

Very knowledgeable employees and excellent selection of perfumes, candles, and skincare. I really do not understand some of the negativity in the previous comments. If you are kind, a bit patient when it’s busy, and respectful to people and products, you will have a fantastic experience! This is not your average department store or ordinary perfumery. Have visited this store many times and always felt very welcome. Even with a young child! It's also completely fine to just try some perfumes and no pressure to buy anything. If you mention some of your favorite perfumes or share your best-loved notes or accords, the more experienced staff, especially the manager!, will give you spot on suggestions! She truly understands high-end perfumery and helps you appreciate scents and develop a more mature ‘palette or taste’. I often compare this to a wine tasting or appreciation of art. Every visit she suggests new and interesting scents and products! My go to place in Eindhoven when I need a little pick-me-up : )

they dont deserve even one star. Very not nice, zero hospitality neither welcoming vibes. Spent so much money buying perfumes here several times now I regret. The owner shouted at me from a distance not to spray towards display shelves. I do understand I should not to but she should not yelling at me. Very regretful. The lady should have better attitude. And also, if you are asian, consider to find another place :)

Expensive and elite 😈. Great collection of niche & luxury perfumes and colognes. You will get what you pay for - I have purchased 3 colognes from this place, and I can guarantee it's all genuine. The store in Eindhoven is nice but the staff is not that knowledgeable as you’d expect from a niche store. Theres some sort of pressure if you are testing things, specially from the mentioned lady in the other comments. Still you are free to test perfumes and they gave me 1 nice sample with my purchase (but I prefer to buy online from them). This is about the website - amazing customer service. I ordered few samples and one of them was leaking, not really spraying. I went to the chat to inform them and they immediately offered to send me a new one, which I just got. I love their variety and the sample service. Also, they have gifts if you buy online above a certain amount - what they don’t do in the physical stores.

The woman, who I assume is the Manager of the store, is extremely rude and absolutely unpleasant. And unsurprisingly, my friends share this sentiment as well. My friends and I love the products Skins sports. And so, every time we are in the vicinity and want to drop in to the boutique, we wish we don’t have encounter this lady. Products are awesome, even the other saleswomen are nice. It’s just the Manager of the store that ruins the experience.
